Heavy Metal
Abstraction
There is something solid and stable about the feeling when you are playing with a Les Paul or some other heavy tool like a motorized sander. When you have a flimsy one in your hands, you must do other things.

``````````For this rendition, I chose a cast iron Stanley with a deep patina to hold it all together. The metal is heavy and the first thing I noticed when I tuned it up was how well it translated the low end without an amp.
The neck is from an acoustic flat-top so it is nice and wide the way I like them.
The body is from a Stratocaster, output jack is non functional however, it easily becomes an eye socket if you look at it right.
The amp is an AC2 Mini and it now runs on a 9v. battery. All kinds of cools sounds come out of this thing, you should look it up. I recommend Lithium rechargeable for the obvious reason, of course, but above all, the tone is far superior.
